Our flagship lives in New York City. A Pod is that same program, opened at an Alpha School near you and plugged straight into the national network — so students who can't relocate still get the real thing.

A Dedicated Pod Lead
Every pod is run by a Pod Lead with a strong entrepreneurial background — someone who has built and sold real things, not a teacher who read some books. They pair-work with students every day, sit in on sales calls, and read the P&L line by line.

Every two months your student flies to NYC to build alongside every Founders School student in the country, in a hands-on workshop led by one of our elite mentors. The local pod, plugged into the national network.

Opening A Pod

Five students minimum
A pod opens once at least five committed Founders students are enrolled at an Alpha School campus. Five is the floor — it's what makes the daily cohort, the peer selling pressure, and the pod economics work.
We place a Pod Lead
We recruit and place a dedicated Pod Lead with a real entrepreneurial track record to run the cohort full-time — the same caliber of operator our flagship students work with in NYC.
